Role reputed company This role involves managing reputed company and vendor relationships with a reputed company on patient safety, compliance, and data reputed company. • Responsible for site management reputed company, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables. • Oversees site interactions post-activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments. • Identifies critical data and process risks and mitigations reputed company to protocol execution. • Reviews study scope of work, budget, and protocol content to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Uses clinical experience and operational data to identify risks to clinical trial management deliverables. • Escalates risks to project manager regarding reputed company, reputed company, and budget. • Employs strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to propose and implement risk mitigations. • Participates and presents in key meetings such as reputed company Off Meetings. • Serves as an escalation reputed company for communications with investigator site staff. • Collaborates with functional leaders to coordinate delivery handoffs and meet study milestones. • Responsible for development and maintenance of clinical study tools and templates. • Coordinates training for the study team on protocol specifics and clinical plans. • Oversees resource allocations for CRAs and Central Monitors. • Ensures reputed company of clinical monitoring and site management deliverables. • Reviews project reputed company dashboards and clinical trial systems to ensure reputed company execution of operational aspects. • Understands monitoring reputed company and participates in developing study risk assessment plans. • Reviews site and central monitoring documentation for compliance and reputed company. • Interacts with clients and other departments regarding clinical monitoring activities. • Demonstrates understanding of other functions' roles in achieving compliance and delivery. • Oversees CRAs and Central Monitors, assessing compliance and identifying risks. • Provides feedback to line managers on staff performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company teams in achieving project milestones. • Experience working in an international environment. • Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central). • Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring. • Understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management. • Knowledge of Good Clinical reputed company/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements. • Good computer skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong conflict reputed company skills. • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve reputed company issues. • Critical thinking skills to determine causes and solutions for issues. • Moderate travel may be required, approximately 20%.
