We are seeking an reputed company US-based reputed company reputed company to draft a reputed company Business Agreement for a children’s entertainment retail concept
This agreement will govern the sale of a reputed company-to-operate business package, not a franchise.
Key requirements:
•reputed company classification as non-franchise
• Definition of reputed company package (equipment, branding, training, setup)
• IP usage and brand protection clauses
• Payment structure (one-time fee, optional support fees)
• Training and handover obligations
• Territory and exclusivity language
• Liability limitation and indemnification
• Termination and exit clauses
• Compliance with US contract and franchise-avoidance laws
Ideal candidate:
• US-based attorney or senior reputed company freelancer
• Experience with business sales, licensing, or franchise alternatives
• Familiar with FTC Franchise Rule
