Web Optimization Manager (CRO)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and execute A/B tests to improve BambooHR website conversion and drive revenue growth. • Communicate test results to share learnings and insights with stakeholders across broader teams. Celebrate successes. • Use your analytical expertise to synthesize inputs from various data sources to uncover insights, make recommendations, and inform test hypotheses. • Work with partners to execute the optimization test roadmap. • Monitor and optimize the performance of ongoing and new web experiences to ensure maximal success and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for paid search, email, social media and other inbound channels to optimize each conversion path. • Identify poorly performing pages and experiences; develop ideas to boost performance and conversion rate. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their digital journeys to build optimized and personalized experiences. • Know our target audience and how to connect with them. • Recommend and experiment with web technologies that could potentially drive positive impacts on lead conversion.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize web performance by marrying quantitative and qualitative data. • Partner closely with UX and Design teams to identify testing opportunities and develop creative to support the testing program. Requirements
• 3+ years of digital marketing and optimization experience (A/B and multivariate testing, lead generation, web analytics). • Strong experience with Adobe Target or similar experimentation/personalization tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Deep expertise with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics software. • Motivated, self-starter attitude, highly organized and strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Experience with workflow tools such as JIRA. • Previous work experience in a tech SaaS company. • Knowledge of CSS/HTML, Javascript, SQL or any other programming language. Benefits
