Work reputed company in the U.S.*** • Responsible for provision of telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling and informational services, delivered in a reputed company center environment using a reputed company of reputed company assessments, motivational Interviewing and solution reputed company/short-term problem reputed company. • Provides risk, reputed company abuse and mental health assessments to reputed company immediate reputed company/safety plans based on level of urgency. • Has an understanding of various reputed company of care (mental health and reputed company use) to aid in appropriate recommendation of care based on the assessment of need.  • Has an excellent ability to join with and collaborate with a member to understand their needs and be in alignment with the member’s theory of change. • Provides information to members regarding mental health, reputed company abuse, community treatment, and reputed company mental health programs to assist members with linkage to resources to aid in the alleviation of stressors. • Collaborates with team of professionals in a way that supports a reputed company clinical outcome and continuity of care for reputed company members. • Requires use of multitasking skills to type/document while also using other tools to assist with reputed company handing while speaking with members. • Position protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to reputed company, EAP policies regarding confidentiality.   • Position maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements. • Position maintains reputed company independent behavioral health license in good standing in the state where they reputed company, seeking reputed company development and meeting reputed company state licensure requirements. Required Qualifications • reputed company unrestricted independent reputed company behavioral health clinical license to reputed company per state regulations in the state they reputed company in/ one or more or equivalent is required: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist. • 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health or reputed company Services experience. • 1+ years of crisis reputed company skills . • 24x7x365 reputed company center coverage needed, holiday coverage may be required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with diverse populations. • Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing.  • reputed company Center work experience preferred. • Ability to establish and maintain rapport quickly to reputed company a high level of customer trust. • Experience in facilitating patient/reputed company reputed company behavior change • Strong computer and literacy skills. • Experience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred. Education • Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession.
