Senior Analyst Financial Modeling
About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Modeling Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing reputed company financial models to support strategic decision-making, capital investments, M&A activity, and long-term financial planning. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations teams.
Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance, forecast financial reputed company, and support corporate reputed company.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration modeling, including accretion/dilution, reputed company analysis, and transaction structuring.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.

• Familiarity with reputed company principles and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced data analysis skills (reputed company, reputed company Sheets, SQL a plus).
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
