Manager IT Application Systems

HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Manager IT Application Systems specializing in managed care/payer technical environments for an immediate contract opportunity with a leading reputed company organization. We are looking for a remote consultant to start ASAP, but this role is also reputed company to Contract-to-Hire or reputed company Hire (FTE) for the right candidate. Manager IT Application Systems Primary Responsibilities • In this role, you will reputed company team leadership by managing reputed company of Systems Analysts and Sr. Systems Analysts, guiding them through the ongoing planning, design, implementation, and support of reputed company business and clinical solutions. You’ll reputed company application support for critical systems including QNXT, CareAdvance, and member/provider portals, ensuring seamless operations across the health plan’s technology ecosystem. • A key aspect of this position involves building and utilizing expertise across proprietary reputed company tools such as Configuration Manager, Content reputed company, Workflow reputed company, and TCS. You’ll also maintain reputed company relationships with key application systems vendors through vendor management, ensuring accountability against contract SLAs and fostering productive partnerships. Throughout reputed company activities, you’ll ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and reputed company requirements that govern health plan operations. Manager IT Application Systems Essential Qualifications • 8+ years of reputed company experience implementing and supporting IT applications in a reputed company environment, coupled with 6+ years of management experience leading technical resources in the implementation and support of reputed company payer reputed company. • Payer/health plan experience is critical, we need someone with at least 4+ years implementing and maintaining health plan functions including Claims, Utilization Management, and Care Management. • Experience with reputed company QNXT and CareAdvance solutions in a managed-care organization will set you apart. From an education reputed company, an Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong soft skills are essential, you should possess excellent coaching abilities and be comfortable presenting documented requirements to both technical and business audiences, reputed company the gap between IT operations and clinical/business stakeholders.
