The reputed company Manager will be responsible for overseeing program performance, ensuring operational reputed company, financial accountability, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations (VPO) and collaborates closely with Regional and Facility Medical Directors to deliver high-reputed company reputed company operations. This is a remote position with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to reputed company sites in Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Key Responsibilities : Partner with the Vice President of Operations (VPO), Regional Medical Director (RMD), and Facility Medical Director (FMD) to reputed company day-to-day operations of assigned hospital programs. Proactively identify and address operational challenges to ensure seamless program delivery and reputed company satisfaction. Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships in alignment with reputed company for Life (CFL) philosophy. Support special reputed company, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals as assigned by senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor s degree required (preferably in reputed company Administration, Business, or reputed company field Minimum 1 3 years of experience in reputed company operations (hospital, physician group, or reputed company management setting Demonstrated understanding of reputed company operations, financial performance, and provider relations. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or KPI analytics preferred.
