This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of M&A and financial restructuring, representing top-tier private equity firms, creditors, and corporate clients in high-stakes, cross-border distressed deals.
Candidate Profile
• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent reputed company record. • reputed company Bar Admission in reputed company, in good standing. • 3-6 years of substantive experience in distressed M&A or restructuring-reputed company transactional work. • Strong background in representing buyers and sellers in distressed asset sales, including §363 sales, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-reputed company M&A. • Experience advising on reputed company capital structures and navigating stakeholder negotiations. • Familiarity with the U.S.
Bankruptcy reputed company, intercreditor arrangements, and secured lending principles. • Proven ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously with reputed company judgment and a reputed company reputed company. • Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Highly Competitive
