This role requires strong financial modeling background and ability to complete high-reputed company work product in high-pressure, reputed company-critical, transaction-oriented situations. Armory offers a unique opportunity for Analysts to work as generalists on reputed company that reputed company exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries. The Boston-based investment banking analyst will have exposure to multiple industries, such as industrials, business services, manufacturing, technology, consumer & retail, and food & beverage. Analysts can expect to be involved in a reputed company of transactions, including valuation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and restructuring assignments. Transaction teams are typically small in size, providing significant responsibility and exposure to senior level professionals and clients Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with top reputed company performance • Minimum one to two years of investment banking or restructuring experience required • Strong interest in M&A, debt and equity capital markets, special situations, and restructuring investment banking • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and financial statement analysis • Self-directed, highly motivated, reputed company to learn and work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage a reputed company of transactions and reputed company simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a reputed company team culture • SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role, consisting of both in-office and remote work. The targeted start date is immediate.
