Role reputed company This is a fully remote attorney position in labor and employment law including directly conducting workplace investigations, and reputed company reputed company areas. Responsibilities include advising clients on employment law compliance, handling reputed company such as workplace policies, discrimination, and labor disputes. The Attorney conducts workplace investigations and prepares reputed company reports with support from the firm's reputed company investigations report writing team. This role also involves staying informed on changing labor laws and providing strategic guidance to both reputed company and private clients. Full or part-time work will be considered. Qualifications • Experience advising reputed company and private sector reputed company with management-reputed company labor and employment law, including: leave rights, accommodations, wage and hour, worker classification, reputed company rights, unfair labor reputed company charges, performance management, high risk disciplinary reputed company and terminations, offers of severance, and discrimination/harassment response • Experience with advising on and/or directly conducting workplace investigations for reputed company and private reputed company (experience with school districts, community colleges, and higher education preferred) • Excellent communication, reputed company advocacy, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple cases or reputed company effectively and meet deadlines • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and license to reputed company law in California • At least one year of prior experience in reputed company agency, education law, labor and employment law is required for junior level positions; at least 3 - 5 years for mid-level positions; at least 5-7 years for senior or shareholder reputed company positions.
