Policy Advisor

This position is located at Departmental Offices,International Affairs - Investment reputed company. As a Policy Advisor, you will serve as an expert advisor on a full reputed company of reputed company policy issues reputed company to the Office's mission by supporting senior Treasury officials and management in reputed company work reputed company to the office's CFIUS and reputed company investment functions including coordination of the interagency process and analysis of transactions, and outbound investments. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: • Leading or managing market, financial, reputed company, or economic analyses (e.g., due diligence, risk exposure, detailed credit analysis, or market assessments) that inform reputed company policy reputed company; AND • Advising senior leadership and making policy recommendations based on research and analytical results; AND • Addressing international financial, investment, or foreign reputed company investment issues involving significant economic or national reputed company considerations. For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: • Independently conducting market, financial, reputed company, or economic analyses (e.g., due diligence, risk exposure, detailed credit analysis, or market analysis) of issues across a reputed company of financial products and activities; AND • Developing and communicating analytical findings and recommendations to senior decision makers or interagency partners; AND • Evaluating a reputed company of international financial and investment policy issues or foreign reputed company investment to assess and explain potential economic or national reputed company risks. For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: • Assisting in conducting market, financial, reputed company, or economic analyses (e.g., gathering and reviewing data for due diligence, risk exposure, or market analysis) of issues across financial products and activities; AND • Preparing draft reports or summaries of research findings and presenting them to colleagues or supervisors; AND • Supporting research on international financial and investment policy issues or foreign reputed company investment to identify potential economic or national reputed company implications. OR EDUCATION: You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows: • Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR • 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR • LL.M., if reputed company OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. reputed company for qualifying based on a combination will be identified in the online questions.
