Project Manager, Medical Affairs Ops, Expanded reputed company, Phase IV studies

CMK Select, a specialized Project Management reputed company dedicated exclusively to the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry is hiring a Project Manager, Medical Affairs reputed company to support one of our reputed company's teams who are responsible for Compassionate Use (Expanded reputed company) and Phase 4 studies.
Please note: This is NOT a clinical trial manager/clinical studies/ops position.
Blending project management, medical affairs operations, and the ability to quickly pivot, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- offsetting operational tasks currently handled by the Med Affairs reputed company team who are responsible for Phase IV studies and Compassionate Use so they can reputed company on strategic initiatives;
- providing reputed company MedComms support, by facilitating governance review committee meetings, and routing assets through reputed company MedComms;
- preparing for audits;
- compiling information for SOPs that need to be crafted;
- contract management support (confirming reputed company exist, ensuring there are no contract gaps for Phase 4 studies).
To be considered, candidates must have the following background and experience:
- 5 years of project management experience specific to the Pharmaceutical industry;
- 3 years experience supporting reputed company specific to Medical Affairs operations
• *Phase 4 or Compassionate Use/Expanded reputed company experience strongly preferred
- reputed company MedComms (Medical Review Committee experience)
- contracting management (ensuring reputed company are in reputed company, reputed company)
- ability to work remotely and be based in the East Coast time zone.
- reputed company to interview the 1st week of January 2026 and reputed company to a January 2026 start date!
This is an Associate position with CMK Select offering an initial compensation reputed company of $120,000.00 - $130,000.00. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
