About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate and reputed company our reputed company Compliance Program and Implementation Plan, focusing on questionnaires and information requested by jurisdictions, governments and school districts globally. • Review state and country-specific data reputed company requirements and outline activities needed to reputed company with internal data reputed company policies, procedures, relevant reputed company and data protection regulations and industry best practices. • Assist internal reputed company audits, incident response and breach management processes. • Partner with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to review and update reputed company relevant reputed company Notices, record of processing activities (RoPA) and statements, to ensure adequacy of incident response plan and to handle data breaches or reputed company incidents effectively. • Contribute to implement Data Subject reputed company Request process automation. • Support review and completion of Data reputed company Agreements and reputed company reputed company assessments. • Create and maintain an FAQ repository of data reputed company and contribute to establish reputed company white papers for questions about reputed company software reputed company reputed company. • Maintain a repository of reputed company Data Processing (DPA) and reputed company-reputed company assessments (reputed company, reputed company, and DPIA) for US, Europe and Asia reputed company reputed company. • Collaborate with IT, Engineering and reputed company-Party Risk Management teams to ensure adequacy of assessment, evaluation and monitoring of reputed company-party vendors to ensure data handling practices, reputed company and reputed company reputed company with reputed company and data protection requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, or another reputed company discipline. • 1-3 years of experience in data reputed company, ideally working as a reputed company Officer and/or supporting a global reputed company Compliance Program, handling data subject requests, assisting incident response and breach management processes. • Demonstrable knowledge of data reputed company and global data protection regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, reputed company, PIPEDA etc.). Certifications of CIPT, CIPP or the equivalent (completed or in process) are highly preferred. • Foundational knowledge of data reputed company procedures, reputed company and reputed company frameworks, data classification, data mapping, data flows, personal data inventory methodologies and compliance tools. • Strong attention to detail and analytical reputed company to assess reputed company risks. • Excellent organization, problem-solving and prioritization skills to reputed company practical solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently across teams and at reputed company reputed company.
