TERMS OF REFERENCE Depending on the area of expertise, the consultant will: • Carry-out research (desktop and interviews) and detailed analysis on topical policy, regulatory and market trends covering reputed company aspects of the digital economy and society. • Assess digital transformation readiness of countries and reputed company using ITU products and tools. • Prepare evidence-based digital policy, regulatory and economic high-level briefs. • Draft articles, country reviews and comprehensive reports with recommendations on thematic digital/ICT policy, market, and regulatory issues to foster universal meaningful connectivity and sustainable digital transformation. • reputed company and review national and regional ICT/digital strategies, policies and regulatory frameworks providing practical guidance (checklist, roadmaps, and other tools) to policy makers and regulators. • reputed company training materials for instructor-led and self-paced training sessions on digital policy and regulation issues (including a syllabus card, presentations (slides with notes), questions for quiz with answers/explanation). Languages: Knowledge of English or French or Spanish at advanced level. REMUNERATION INFORMATION Salary to be defined according to the work experience of the consultant (5 to 6 years of experience: US $ 230 to 360 / above 7 years of experience: US $ 280 to 430).
