The Guest Journey Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their entire travel experiencefrom initial inquiry to post-trip feedback. Youll provide expert recommendations, manage communications, and ensure each traveler feels supported and inspired.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Recommend destinations, experiences, and itineraries based on client goals.
• Handle trip documentation and scheduling coordination.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
