In this essential role, you will conduct reviews of programmatic compliance and coordinate with EI Stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Conduct reviews of programmatic compliance and coordinate with EI Stakeholders. • Conduct Payee Reviews. • Conduct Complaint Reviews as needed. • Assist with CFC reviews, as requested. • Attend reputed company internal meetings. • Attend ICCEI council meetings. • Attend CFC Manager meetings at least every other month. • Assist with tool changes, reputed company letters, report templates, and accessing reputed company resources. • May assist with the training of new hires. • May serve as a program representative for special interests (ex, SSIP). • Complete other tasks supporting the EI program as requested.
