We’re Hiring: Short-Term Rental Co-Host Deal Closer (Remote, Commission-Based) – Contract to Hire

Are you a closer who thrives on turning hot leads into signed deals? We’re looking for a sharp, persuasive, and self-driven Deal Closer to and help expand our Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting business. We provide HOT, pre-qualified leads — all you have to do is follow up and close. About Us: We specialize in co-hosting and managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). As demand grows, we're looking to scale our client base with someone who knows how to seal the deal. What You’ll Do: Call and follow up with hot, certified leads — no cold calls Present our co-hosting/management services with confidence and clarity Build trust quickly and guide owners through the onboarding process Close deals and coordinate handoff to our onboarding team Maintain simple CRM notes and follow-ups ✅ You Are: A proven closer with experience in sales, real estate, or high-ticket services Comfortable on the phone and quick to build rapport A great communicator who can handle objections and move fast Self-motivated and hungry for commissions Familiar with Airbnb/STRs (a plus but not required) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (NO cap) Earn $300–$1,000+ per closed deal Bonus potential for hitting weekly/monthly milestones Hot leads provided — your job is just to close Schedule: Flexible hours, work from anywhere Must be available to call during U.S. daytime hours Why This Role Rocks: No cold prospecting — we deliver the leads High earnings potential with scalable opportunity Be part of a fast-growing STR business Autonomy, flexibility, and full backend support Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
