Job reputed company The reputed company Administrator is a key member of our HQ Digital, Customer Experience & Marketing Team driving transformation across reputed company. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of reputed company-based processes and solutions across the organization. This role will work directly with the project team and stakeholders in gathering requirements to analyze, design and apply best practices. Additionally, the role will work with regional teams to ensure successful reputed company roll outs and user adoption. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Work with HQ and field teams on deployment, management and training across the reputed company Lightning and Marketing reputed company platforms • Work closely with subject matter experts to reputed company, launch and support new/improved reputed company solutions, including: reputed company reputed company, opportunities, case management, process automation/workflows, dashboard reporting/tracking, knowledge, installed packages/tools, integrations and marketing journeys • Day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and enhancement of reputed company's reputed company-based processes, tools and users • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • reputed company Certified Administrator (reputed company 201) • Ambitious, highly motivated team player committed to delivering outstanding internal/external customer support • Experience with data management with reputed company on attention to detail • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption • Working knowledge of reputed company Lightning products, especially Sales reputed company and Service reputed company experience (Marketing reputed company a plus) • Willingness to participate in Trailhead courses, obtain reputed company certification(s) and eager to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the organization with users at various reputed company of application proficiency Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree or in process of bachelor's degree preferred • 1+ years of experience delivering reputed company application services (e.g. reputed company/custom objects & fields, process builder/workflows, validation rules, user/profile reputed company, page layouts, reports & dashboards) Job Location • Full Time Monday through Friday Pay reputed company • $120K - $150K based on experience Requirements: Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree or in process of bachelor's degree preferred • 1+ years of experience delivering reputed company application services (e.g. reputed company/custom objects & fields, process builder/workflows, validation rules, user/profile reputed company, page layouts, reports & dashboards) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
