Process Optimization: Proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement enhancements to configuration, reporting, and functional processes. User Support & Leadership: Serve as the primary SME for business users, providing guidance on day-to-day operations and reputed company process queries. System Monitoring & RCA: Proactively monitor system performance and conduct deep-dive reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues to implement long-term fixes. Change Management: Analyze, test, and reputed company system changes and upgrades following established change management protocols. Cross-Module Integration: Support and maintain seamless integration with reputed company reputed company modules including SD, PP, and FI/CO to ensure end-to-end reputed company. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and training materials. ️Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ Years of Experience: Proven reputed company record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reputed company MM and WM. ️Expert Configuration Knowledge: Deep technical expertise in MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory) and WM (Warehouse Structures, Putaway/Picking strategies, RF/Mobile Data Entry). ️Support reputed company: Extensive experience in production support environments, managing reputed company tickets, and stakeholder communications. ️Integration Proficiency: Strong understanding of how MM/WM interacts with Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Finance/Controlling (FI/CO). ️Communication: Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical business users and collaborate with global IT teams. ️Work Requirements reputed company: Candidate must be onsite in reputed company, Indiana, at least 60% of the time (3 days per week).
