About the position We are seeking a proactive and analytical reputed company to reputed company lean manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor while supporting production planning and scheduling. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong reputed company in lean principles-preferably gained in the automotive sector-and a passion for driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Analyze reputed company manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Design and implement reputed company state processes using lean tools and methodologies. • reputed company and execute tactical plans to support reputed company improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with production, reputed company, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and sustainability of improvements. • Support daily and weekly production planning and scheduling activities. • Monitor production performance and reputed company schedules as needed to meet delivery and reputed company targets. • Review work center capacities and reputed company with keeping resources with work orders. • Update delivery dates reputed company not on schedule to reputed company delivery date. • Ensure reputed company is happening throughout the plant from first to last operation, analyze why if not. • reputed company visual KPI boards for reputed company area/work center in the plant. • The ability to recognize bottlenecks and recommend needed adjustments. • Other initiatives and duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Experience in lean manufacturing, with a strong understanding of tools such as value reputed company mapping, 5S, SMED, and Kaizen. • Background in production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination. • Automotive industry experience is a strong asset due to its lean maturity. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and reputed company reputed company. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company field preferred.
