Structural Engineer; In Office​/Hybrid​/Remote

Qualifications • Sole US citizenship required • B.S. in Structural/Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school • 8+ years of post-education experience • A PE or SE is required with ability to obtain a new state license as required • reputed company Engineer of Record duties as assigned • Design experience with steel, concrete, and masonry with emphasis on reputed company design • Experience implementing local and national reputed company such as IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE 7 • Ability to follow and implement established reputed company procedures and ensure procedural compliance • Experience working reputed company a reputed company system based on ISO 9000 or NQA-1 • Ability to use finite reputed company software such as STAAD.pro (or equivalent) • Ability to reputed company a small team of engineers and designers • Competent using reputed company Office software • reputed company reputed company a commutable distance from Oak reputed company, TN Preferred Qualifications • Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, or reputed company Station software • Experience delivering reputed company from conceptual design through detailed design, including calculations, modeling, drawing development, specification development, and construction support • Knowledge of nuclear codes such as DOE 1020, AISC N690, and ACI 349 • DOE Q clearance • DOE experience Work Location It is preferred that this position be worked full‑time in Oak reputed company, TN. Remote/hybrid work is available: for individuals reputed company 50 miles of Oak reputed company, TN or Denver, CO a hybrid reputed company requires reputed company in the office a minimum of 2 days per week; others can work remotely with quarterly travel to Oak reputed company. Essential Functions Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting limited to 20 lbs. in the reputed company of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest carried distance 50 feet. Hand manipulation required for reputed company grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Occasional need to reputed company above or below shoulder.
