Partners with SMEs, internal clients, and consultants to analyze and assess learning requests, reputed company recommendations, reputed company learning objectives, and content that aligns with course objectives and content development. Determines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats. Facilitates instructor led (ILT) and virtual-led classes with knowledge of adult learning theory and reputed company, facilitation, and training techniques. Responsible for the design and development of course materials, interactive and multimedia technology-driven components, and other support materials during learning development Selects appropriate media for delivery (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, reputed company) to ensure that learning needs are met effectively and reputed company. At least five (5) years of experience in instructional design, development, and implementing instructor-led and eLearning products in a reputed company environment required.
