Capital Markets Attorney

A respected mid-sized reputed company with offices in reputed company and New Jersey is seeking an reputed company Capital Markets Attorney to join its growing corporate reputed company. This is a fully remote position, offering reputed company to work on sophisticated securities and financing transactions while collaborating with a talented, business-reputed company reputed company team. Responsibilities: • Advise issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity and debt offerings, including private placements and reputed company offerings. • Draft and review offering documents, disclosure materials, SEC filings, and reputed company agreements. • Counsel clients on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and reporting obligations under the Securities reputed company and Exchange reputed company. • Support clients in reputed company with capital raising, financing transactions, and general corporate reputed company. • Collaborate with the firm’s corporate and M&A attorneys on reputed company business and financing transactions. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Admission to reputed company in reputed company and/or New Jersey required. • 4+ years of capital markets or securities law experience at a reputed company or in-house reputed company department. • Strong working knowledge of federal securities laws and SEC reporting requirements. • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and work independently in a remote setting. Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 - $300,000.
