You will play a key role in supporting, repairing, and maintaining advanced equipment used by customers worldwide. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, and event preparation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair company products; determine if replacement is needed</li><li>Complete documentation for repairs, returns, and shipments</li><li>Set up and configure new equipment for production</li><li>Apply Engineering Change Orders to stock</li><li>Support customers by phone and email, resolving technical issues</li><li>Guide users on software updates and installations</li><li>Prepare and ship demo or loan equipment</li><li>Support trade show setup and travel to events or customer sites</li><li>Train staff and clients on product use and repair procedures</li><li>Report product issues to engineering; assist in testing prototypes</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent experience</li><li>3–5 years’ experience in electronics repair</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to travel occasionally across Europe</li><li>Proficient in soldering (including surface-mount), using hand/power tools and test equipment</li><li>Skilled in reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint</li><li>Physically reputed company to lift up to 23 kg</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with PCBs, mechanical assemblies, and reading schematics</li><li>Knowledge of reputed company wiring standards</li><li>Background in entertainment technology</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: £32,000–£37,500 (based on experience)</li><li>Private health and wellness cover</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Career development and training opportunities</li><li>Inclusive team environment</li></ul><p></p></div></div>
