**Key Responsibilities**

* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via arenaflex's online chat software, handling multiple incoming requests for information and providing accurate and helpful responses
* Demonstrate a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, even in high-volume or complex situations
* Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support and live chat operations
**Requirements**
