Job Summary

We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. As a Warehouse Operations Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Some of your duties may include:

  • Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
  • Getting customer orders ready and packing them up to ensure accurate and prompt delivery
  • Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all packages are properly secured and labeled
  • Using scanners to read bar codes on products, verifying inventory levels and tracking shipments
  • Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for some tasks, utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a proactive and professional manner
  • Ensuring that all products meet our high-quality requirements, conducting regular quality checks and reporting any defects or discrepancies
  • Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost

Physical Demands

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Lift up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds as required
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, with regular breaks to avoid fatigue
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable), and work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods, with a strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
