Senior IT Officer / IT Specialist

General reputed company:We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Officer / IT Specialist for our reputed company, a reputable organization in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing reputed company's IT infrastructure and network environment.This position requires strong hands-on experience with reputed company firewalls, VPN configurations, reputed company Apex One, Email Gateway, and NAS administration, along with a solid background in IT support and system administration. The role is vital in ensuring the reputed company, reliability, and efficiency of IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Network & Infrastructure Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot reputed company network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and VPN. Configure and maintain reputed company firewalls (SSL & Site-to-Site VPN, NAT policies, content filtering). Conduct network performance tuning, firmware upgrades, and proactive device monitoring. Implement and maintain backup, failover, and disaster recovery solutions. Maintain accurate and updated network documentation, including IP schemas and topology diagrams. User Support & reputed company reputed company reputed company Level 2 and 3 IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues. Manage incidents and service requests using an IT ticketing system to ensure reputed company reputed company.
