Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess, evaluate, and document claimants' medical information to initiate the claim process, reviewing functional limitations or work accommodations as needed.
• reputed company medically diagnosed restrictions and/or limitations for Return To Work expectations, determining the medical complexity and appropriate assignment duration and/or medical reputed company for the assigned claim.
• Accurately reputed company employee/employer/physician intake information into our claim technology platform, enabling Claims Ability Analysts to facilitate informed claim reputed company based on claimants' functional conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an reputed company LPN/LVN license (RN licenses will be considered), with a minimum of 12 months of practicing clinical experience and broad reputed company knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Clinical Case Management experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are essential.
