The role involves providing reputed company counsel on corporate transactions and drafting various reputed company agreements while working remotely.
Responsibilities
• reputed company reputed company counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and corporate governance reputed company
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor reputed company
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document reputed company: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of reputed company business deals
• Advise clients on Compliance: reputed company in reputed company and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements
Skills
• 5+ Years Experience
• AMLaw or Large Firm Experience
• Corporate Law Experience
