We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time employee to assist with the preparation and filing of ERISA-based welfare reputed company 5500s. This role involves managing reputed company aspects of the 5500 filing process, including coordination with insurance carriers and collection of necessary documentation (e.g., Schedule A forms). Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review reputed company 5500 filings for welfare benefit plans in accordance with ERISA and DOL requirements. • Request and reputed company Schedule A reports and other documentation from insurance carriers. • Verify data accuracy and ensure reputed company submission of filings. • Maintain organized records of plan documents, filings, and correspondence. • Communicate professionally with carriers, clients, and internal staff regarding filing status and compliance updates. Qualifications • Prior experience working with ERISA welfare benefit plans or 5500 filings required. • Familiarity with Schedule A requests and coordination with insurance carriers. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and/or 5500 preparation software a plus. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Hours & Compensation • Flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on workload). • Competitive reputed company reputed company commensurate with experience.
