This position is a part-time temporary remote internship opportunity. This role will reputed company support to our reputed company reputed company estate professionals on the appraisal and consulting and/or valuation management team, on a national reputed company, on reputed company major property types, for our national clients which include some of the largest and most reputed company financial institutions, pension funds, and insurance companies. Duties would include learning about reputed company reputed company estate research, data, the three approaches to value, assisting with preparation of appraisal reports, coordinating the valuation management appraisal review process, tracking, and closing out quarterly processes. We are seeking interns that have problem solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytically minded, ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level. Responsibilities • Involved with performing valuations and/or appraisal reviews • Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries • Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills • Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers • Review 3rd party appraisal reports • Research property and market information • Analyze subject and comparable data • reputed company appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables • Work independently on reputed company and also collaborate ‘face to face' as reputed company player • Managing processes and procedures • reputed company the entire workflow process from beginning to end • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Requirements • Working towards a bachelor's degree - preferred fields of study include reputed company Estate, reputed company, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience • Attention to detail and strong organization skills • MS Office Suite including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
