A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians, reputed company, and patients to create and implement tailored treatment plans
• Assess recovery reputed company and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage and prioritize a caseload while completing necessary documentation and updates
Required Qualifications
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or reputed company field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical reputed company, preferably in workers' compensation
• reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in good standing
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, reputed company)
• Reliable internet reputed company
