The role involves managing NY Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage NY Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims end-to-end • Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments • Coordinate with medical providers, reputed company, attorneys, and case managers • Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed • Ensure compliance with NY WC regulations and reputed company guidelines Skills • reputed company NY Adjuster license • Experience handling NY Workers' Compensation claims • reputed company NY Permanent Floater license • reputed company NY Senior Adjuster license • Must include General License or Casualty + No-Fault Licenses • 3+ years NY WC Lost Time experience • Strong jurisdictional knowledge and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration • Additional New England licenses or regional experience a plus Benefits • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits reputed company • reputed company is a financial & insurance & reputed company firm mainly dealing with reputed company and reputed company services & risk management.
