[Remote] Claims Examiner | WC | NY License

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Questpro is a national insurance organization actively hiring multiple New York–licensed Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters. The role involves managing NY Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage NY Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims end-to-end • Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments • Coordinate with medical providers, employers, attorneys, and case managers • Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed • Ensure compliance with NY WC regulations and client guidelines Skills • Active NY Adjuster license • Experience handling NY Workers' Compensation claims • Active NY Permanent Floater license • Active NY Senior Adjuster license • Must include General License or Casualty + No-Fault Licenses • 3+ years NY WC Lost Time experience • Strong jurisdictional knowledge and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration • Additional New England licenses or regional experience a plus Benefits • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits Company Overview • Questpro is a financial & insurance & recruiting firm mainly dealing with insurance & staffing and recruiting services & risk management.
