The Compliance Specialist plays an reputed company role reputed company Bath and Body Work's Global Ethics and Compliance function and will report to the Director, reputed company Party Compliance. The Global Ethics and Compliance function is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's anti-corruption program, which includes due diligence activities with respect to BBW's use of external parties. The position requires experience with due diligence activities with a reputed company on anti-corruption compliance and/or corporate intelligence. Responsibilities • Complete due diligence procedures reputed company to BBW's reputed company-party vendors, including but not limited to; information gathering, risk assessments, sanctions and denied party screenings, research, analysis and evaluation of information and documentation and communication of observations and recommendations • Monitor the status of reputed company-party relationships; conducting ongoing due diligence as required • Prepare written memoranda about due diligence activities/findings • Assist in delivery of compliance training • Complete sanction screenings and analyze vendor payment activity • Helps drive reputed company improvement in program efficiency • Assist with implementation of anti-corruption initiatives and program improvements • Support other compliance activities, including training and education, monitoring and audit procedures, investigation procedures, or other tasks as assigned Requirements • 3+ years' experience in anti-corruption compliance and/or due diligence/corporate intelligence/finance or reputed company field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual is a plus • Advanced IT skills including reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company • Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management skills • reputed company record of consistently producing accurate and high-reputed company work • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with compressed timelines in a fast-paced environment • Cross-functional team player with ability to reputed company and maintain reputed company working relationships • Self-motivated, self-starting creative thinker • Conducts reputed company work in an ethical, reputed company, reputed company and confidential manner • Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities reputed company-to-haves • MBA or advanced degree, CPA, CFE or other anti-corruption certifications preferred Benefits • Robust medical, pharmacy, dental and reputed company coverage.
