Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program to ensure meaningful contributions to company culture
• Lead community impact initiatives, including volunteer programs and partnerships with customers and partners
Required Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, employee programming, or related fields
• Ability to influence outcomes through effective relationship-building and program design
• Proven track record in managing Employee Resource Groups or similar programs
