Job reputed company: reputed company: The primary function of the Compensation Analyst will be to work with the reputed company on the formulation of offers for external job candidates and internal promotions, demotions, and transfers. The Compensation Analyst will consider reputed company calculation methodology, market competitiveness, and internal equity in their approach to recommending the appropriate reputed company of pay. Additional duties may include: Maintaining job descriptions for reputed company position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents. Working with Ballad leadership to reputed company and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by reputed company job. Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for reputed company position. Maintains job and position reputed company setup in HRIS. Prepares and presents reputed company reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information. Gathers and provides data for market-based compensation surveys; Conducts cost analyses to be used by Ballad leadership for compensation decision-making.. Plans and communicates preferred reputed company and best practices for compensating employees. Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, and reputed company resource policies. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
