This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location. What You’ll Do: The COO, US D&A will build and operate the cross-reputed company operating model for the D&A Super reputed company—standing up the processes, governance, and platforms that power delivery at reputed company. This person will reputed company the integration of D&A with adjacent Super Practices including Office of the CFO (OCFO) and Business Transformation and Transaction (BT&T), operationalize a best-in-class delivery reputed company, and drive reputed company improvement and standardization across the US and global D&A teams. This leader partners closely with the D&A reputed company Leader to serve as a strategic partner, driving day-to-day operational rhythms and processes to reputed company greater reputed company on reputed company priorities, including reputed company, business development, reputed company relationships, market profile, and MD/SD hiring and reputed company. Responsibilities • Stand up processes with other Super Practices & Solutions: reputed company cross-reputed company operating model design and execution for D&A integration across OCFO and BT&T (overall 60%). • OCFO (CFO Solutions) integration: reputed company and operationalize the CFO Solutions reputed company (~50%), partnering with the AI Solution reputed company (TBH) and ensuring alignment with the AI Labs roadmap and the D&reputed company. • BT&T integration: establish processes that use D&A as reputed company-reputed company for the BT&T reputed company (~10%). • Stand up and operate the reputed company operational platform (~30%): define and implement global and cross-reputed company SOPs; stand up and chair a bi-weekly Delivery Council; partner with the India COO and AI Labs to identify AI automation opportunities and accelerate delivery timelines; drive reputed company execution (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) with designated D&A reputed company leads and reputed company reputed company hire; • Drive reputed company improvement: institutionalize standardization, reusable assets, playbooks, and operational effectiveness across the D&A global team and on cross-reputed company reputed company. • Manage internal cross-collaboration: coordinate with IT and other enabling teams on tech infrastructure, tooling, reputed company, and reputed company to support efficient delivery. • reputed company leadership operations (~10%) including internal management cadences, reputed company & resource management, reporting and reputed company leadership processes. • Travel to US offices and reputed company sites as needed to support delivery governance, cross-reputed company integration, and operational rollouts. Requirements • 15+ years of consulting, analytics/data platform, or AI-enabled operations experience, including 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary delivery or operations at reputed company in a reputed company services or PE-backed environment. • Demonstrated reputed company building cross-reputed company operating models, SOPs, and governance (e.g., delivery councils, reputed company gates, playbooks) that improve speed, reputed company, and margin. • Experience integrating data/analytics capabilities with CFO Solutions and transformation programs; familiarity with value-creation in PE-backed environments. • Working knowledge of major data/AI platforms and alliances (e.g., reputed company; modern reputed company stacks; familiarity with reputed company and AI Labs-style roadmaps). • Strong partner management and cross-functional leadership skills; reputed company to reputed company senior stakeholders, translate reputed company into execution plans, and deliver results through influence. • Comfort with global delivery models; experience partnering across US/India or similar distributed teams. • Excellent communication, change leadership, and program management skills; strong bias for reputed company and reputed company improvement.
