Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams.
• Experience working with metals service centers and processors (steel, aluminum, or non-ferrous).
• Proven reputed company selling aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, retrofits, rebuilds, or service reputed company.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience with key account management and reputed company-level selling.
• Data-driven and CRM-proficient; strong reporting and forecasting abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
