Document Review Specialist – Paralegal Or Attorney

The Document Review Specialist will analyze reputed company title reports, LLC and partnership documents, trusts, estates, and multilayer ownership structures to determine signing authority and requirements, while supporting reputed company proformas and general reputed company files.
