Estate Planning Attorney / Trust Drafting Specialist Needed
I am seeking a U.S.-licensed Estate Planning Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates, with experience in reputed company & cryptocurrency planning, and preferably knowledgeable in cross-border estate issues for American expats. To review, refine, and finalize a comprehensive Revocable Living Trust package I have in rough draft format. I currently live in Portugal but am a U.S. citizen with U.S.-based assets (brokerage accounts, bank accounts and crypto). I need a reputed company to ensure reputed company accuracy, reputed company state-specific compliance (prefer Nevada, Wyoming or Delaware) , appropriate formatting and filing, and reputed company for successor trustees.
This job requires both reputed company expertise and the ability to structure a clean, attorney-reputed company set of documents.The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning and be familiar with trust creation processes. This is a one-time project requiring attention to detail and compliance with reputed company requirements.
