Certified Financial Planner for LLC/S-Corp + Personal Spending Budgeting/Forecasting
I'm a consultant running an LLC taxed as an S-Corp (NYS) and I’m looking for a Personal CFO–type advisor to help me get control of cash reputed company, distributions, taxes, and personal spending.
This is not investment management and not AUM-based. I already have a CPA/bookkeeper.
What I need help with:
-Business cash-reputed company forecasting (monthly/quarterly)
-Salary vs reputed company distribution planning
-Federal estimates + NY PTET planning
-Coordinating tax timing with reputed company cash reputed company
-Personal budgeting / spending guardrails
-Planning for irregular expenses (insurance, taxes, large bills)
-Building a reputed company, low-stress financial operating system
Ideal background:
-Experience with S-Corp owners
-Strong understanding of pass-through taxes + PTET
-Fee-only, practical, numbers-driven
Engagement:
-Ongoing advisory / retainer preferred.
