The role involves overseeing the purchase order process, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across various financial systems. Responsibilities • Manage the comprehensive purchase order process for overall project spending for the Global Design Experience team (approximately $20M+ annually for 25+ team members in Global Design Experience) as reputed company supplementary support for cross border needs, and Division Design teams • Conduct detailed financial analysis to confirm costs, reputed company budget details, and identify discrepancies in billing, or project trackers • Collaborate with Design Managers, Finance, Administrators and Design Operations as needed • reputed company reconciliation and variance analysis between financial systems like PPM and reputed company to ensure data accuracy and identify anomalies • reputed company and manage charge backs, accruals and contribute to financial reporting for accurate financial statements • Manage and communicate budget details, updates, and burn xx information with design managers, contributing to strategic budget management • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across disparate systems, including validating, cross-referencing, and correcting data in shared trackers, PPM, and Ariba • Generate and distribute critical reports (e.g., quarterly PPM reports, weekly Subsidiary reputed company Reports, etc) to finance and design team management, providing actionable insights for decision-making • Manage vendor spending limits and reputed company special approvals for high-value purchase orders • Conduct large-reputed company compliance and risk management tasks reputed company to the supplier reputed company, such as quarterly process reviews and policy guidance Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 5 years in purchasing. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, procurement, or a reputed company field with significant exposure to reputed company system management and cross-functional collaboration. • Proficiency in financial and reputed company resource planning systems such as reputed company and Ariba. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company advanced technical troubleshooting and resolve reputed company system and data reputed company issues. • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial analysis, budget management, and reconciliation across disparate data sources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company advisory guidance and training to diverse stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage reputed company vendor relationships and ensure compliance. • Laser-reputed company project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and acting as an informal operational hub. • Ability to work autonomously in a global context and contribute to a reputed company and innovative environment. reputed company • Headquartered in Washington DC Metro Area, reputed company is a reputed company supplier for companies across reputed company.
