Job Summary The HR Business Partner, Senior Manager role strategically aligns HR initiatives with the business goals of Specialized Dental Partners and our Operations team. This role will act as a consultant to the Vice President of Operations, Operations Leaders, and Practice level teammates; and focus on performance management, talent development, resolving employee relations issues, organizational design, and ensuing consistency of HR practices. This position will have a close partnership with leaders across the organization and within the HR department. The HR Business Partner, Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Collaborate with and coach the Operations team to drive HR and talent focused strategies that enable growth, engagement, and high-performance across a fast paced and growth organization. • Build relationships across Specialized Dental Partners to understand the company’s strategic direction, how the HR and Operations goals align, and take partners to translate and execute on goals and initiatives. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed. • Analyze HR trends and data to develop solutions, programs, and process enhancements, while taking appropriate partners to drive change. • Support organizational change initiatives and guide leaders and teams through periods of transformation and ongoing partner integrations. • Partner with HR team on overlapping projects and daily tasks, to ensure smooth communication and execution. Qualifications Requirements: • 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, supporting Senior Leaders • 2+ years of experience in a multi-unit environment • 5+ years of experience with Employee relations, talent management practices and programs, change management, HR data and creating data driven solutions, and HR compliance Preferred Qualifications • HR Certification (i.e. SHRM, PHR) • Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of an organization • Comfortable presenting HR information and Learning & Development training sessions • Strong knowledge and experience with compensation and organizational design Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 per year.
