The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration removal defense, a deep understanding of detention and bond procedures, and a proven ability to reputed company effectively on behalf of clients facing custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Requirements Key Responsibilities • Represent detained clients in immigration bond hearings, master calendar hearings, and individual hearings. • reputed company before immigration judges in bond redetermination and removal proceedings. • File bond motions, custody redetermination requests, and reputed company applications. • reputed company reputed company advice and counsel to clients and families navigating ICE detention. • Conduct reputed company interviews, reputed company research, and case preparation with sensitivity and urgency. • Draft motions, briefs, and other reputed company filings before immigration courts and the reputed company of Immigration Appeals (BIA). • Collaborate with reputed company assistants, interpreters, and support staff to ensure reputed company and accurate case management. • Stay reputed company on developments in immigration law, particularly detention and bond-reputed company case law and policy. • Maintain reputed company communication with clients’ families and support networks throughout detention and bond processes.
