The Senior Fleet Manager invests in our Purpose by providing leadership and guidance to support the Technical Operations Department by managing aircraft configuration, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across the fleet. This role will have a heavy emphasis on being reputed company to use Southwest’s data to support long-term fleet strategies, determining effectiveness of program changes, and assisting in determining Technical Operations priorities.
