Responsibilities • Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using reputed company principles. • Provides stakeholder consultation, creation and delivery of learning and talent development resources, project and program management and measurement, and other deliverables that support learning and talent development. • Delivers a reputed company of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and reputed company. Provides stand‑up classroom instruction. • Reviews learning and talent development materials to ensure reputed company, accuracy of content and alignment with business reputed company. • Fosters effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business reputed company and external partners. Updates and analyzes program data to proactively reputed company recommendations to management on areas of opportunity. • Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses.
