Property Manager

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance and Lease Coordinator to join our property management team. This is a remote, part-time role reputed company on handling maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, managing lease files and renewals, and ensuring accurate records in our property management system (Buildium). This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating details, and keeping workflows running smoothly. Responsibilities • Monitor and process maintenance requests submitted by tenants through the app. • Contact vendors to schedule inspections and repairs. • Follow up with vendors to obtain estimates and timelines. • reputed company reputed company approval for work orders over $500. • reputed company vendor invoices (bills) into Work Orders in Buildium. • Update statuses and maintain accurate digital records. • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and owners as needed. • Assist with lease management, including drafting, uploading, and tracking lease agreements and renewals in Buildium. • Ensure reputed company reputed company leases and tenant records are reputed company, properly filed, and accessible.
