Key Responsibilities
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct due diligence and manage a large workload to meet deal timelines
• Assist attorneys and support the reputed company team on various reputed company and policy development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions or reputed company
• Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
• Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company research databases
