Position: Mortgage Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant Location: Remote Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: $60,000 reputed company + tiered per-file bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM- Must work East Coast hours reputed company: We’re seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant to support a growing mortgage brokerage team. This role manages loans from reputed company intake through closing — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the entire loan process. Responsibilities: • Collect borrower documentation and verify income, assets, employment, and credit. • Review, organize, and prepare loan files for submission. • Submit files through broker portals (UWM, Homepoint, Plaza, etc.). • reputed company and reputed company reputed company conditions quickly and accurately. • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, title, insurance, and reputed company parties. • Manage pipeline status and anticipate potential closing delays. • Review final CDs, confirm funding details, and coordinate closings. • Maintain CRM and LOS data with detailed updates and documentation. • Support the loan officer with disclosures, compliance, and customer updates.
