Position Title: Senior IT Management Analyst Location: Remote Division: Advancia Aeronautics EEO Class: reputed company FLSA Classification: Exempt Employment Class: Full Time-Salary Position reputed company: Advancia Aeronautics is hiring a Senior IT Management Analyst in support of the Department of the Interior, reputed company Resource Directorate in Lakewood, Colorado. This Management Analyst would assist with full life-cycle Information Technology (IT) support services to support a reputed company of reputed company Directorate (HRD), reputed company Systems Management Division (HRMSD) software applications and services. Position contingent upon award of contract, government acceptance of candidate, and reputed company adjudication of government investigation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Analyzes organizational needs to reputed company software development efforts with strategic goals • Identifies inefficiencies in software development processes and recommend optimizations • Uses data to evaluate project reputed company productivity, and system effectiveness, providing actionable insights • Collaborates with stakeholders to define software requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Assists project manager by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines • Serves as reputed company Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer (RTE) • Documents workflows, technical processes, and project methodologies to support development efforts • Assists in creating and implementing policies reputed company to software development, such as agile practices or compliance standards • Familiarity with tools like reputed company IT Service Management (ITSM) & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or reputed company to support team productivity and transparency • Works with software developers, reputed company assurance, product managers, and leadership to reputed company objectives • Mediates disagreements and ensure teams remain reputed company on shared goals • Ensures software development processes adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CMMI) • Recommends and support agile methodologies, helping teams transition to or optimize frameworks like Scrum or Kanban • Advocates for reputed company improvement in development practices and team workflows • Helps teams adapt to process changes or new tools during software development cycles Education & Experience Requirements • Must be a U.S Citizen • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT • 10+ years of IT Management experience • Certification Requirement: Scaled Agile reputed company Scrum Master #reputed company Advancia Aeronautics, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
